One person’s birth chart determines the houses and appears as the “inner wheel,” and the other’s appears as the “outer wheel.” The outer wheel person’s planets and placements are then studied in relationship to the inner wheel. This provides a wealth of information about the nature of the connection and dynamics of the relationship.
Whichever partner’s perspective you are orienting to (let’s call them “Person A”) is the chart you want to begin with and choose the other partner (“Person B”) to compare to. Person A’s chart becomes the inner wheel of the bi-wheel, and their house positions are how the biwheel is oriented. The interpretations are based on how Person B’s planets and placements interact with Person A’s chart, both by house position and aspects.
